Landing a job offer can be a long journey, but faith that the right opportunity will come gives us courage to keep applying. Our goals require our effort, which then allows us to walk through the doors God will open for us. Sometimes, this means building portfolios, relationships, polishing resumes, learning new things, and getting help through mentorships.

Trust God While Doing the Work
Have faith in God’s timing and provision because these are the foundations of trusting Him. Remain confident that His plans will unfold for you. Sometimes, losing our jobs is the wake-up call we need. It allow us to re-evaluate and decide what truly matters. The uncomfortable truth is that if you don’t take the time to focus on your true path, you could easily lose yourself in a job that does not align with your purpose.
Faith without works is like sowing seeds without tending to them. It’s about preparing ourselves—praying for direction and taking concrete steps toward our goals.

Prayer and Persistence
Ask God for wisdom on your next steps, the strength to keep moving forward, especially when discouraged, and the peace to trust in the process. Through action and active commitment to the journey, we demonstrate our faith.
“Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him” (James 1:12).
It could be months or even a year spent trying to secure a job. Regardless of the duration, you will attain the position at its desired time. Keep pursuing new skills, applying for positions, and leveraging connections. With faith, we can expect see God move when we dare to move forward too. Remember that you are not alone and He will always lead us to where we are meant to be.
